Why are you here?

When I heard about Cellcolabs' mission for scaling up for cell therapy, I knew I wanted to be part of this innovative environment and contribute to making cell therapy more available to patients around the world.

What is your background?

I have worked for almost 30 years in different positions in the pharma industry, and have over 15 years experience with cell cultivation both with adherent cells and cells in suspension, and within multinational and start-up organisations.

I have studied General Microbiology at Eindhoven Polytechnic and I also have a MSc in Biomedicine from Uppsala University.

Is there something else that we should know about you?

Coming from a small island in the Carribbean, I speak the four major languages spoken on the island , so I understand most of the languages spoken in western Europe. I also love to be in the nature - Sweden is a welcoming second home, where I can take long, very long walking tours or even sometimes run some orienteering.

When I’m not at work or out walking, I keep myself busy with painting.
