Why are you here?

For a long time, I was searching for a workplace where I can contribute to making the world a better place. From the day I first heard about Cellcolabs and the company’s ambitious objectives, I knew that I had found such a place. It is truly inspiring to go to work knowing that you are a part of shaping the next paradigm of medicine and healthcare.

What is your background?

I have a MSc in Information System and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business school, and experience from internships at Ericsson and Saab. Previously, I was a professional football player in the Icelandic top league and Swedish Superettan.

Is there something else that we should know about you?

The reason I had to stop playing football is that I have inherited a genetic disorder that could weaken some connective tissue in my body. I wish that my children won’t be limited by this disorder, and preventive medicine lies close to my heart.
